Will this support reception and work with our booking setup?

It supports your team rather than replacing it, covering busy periods, out-of-hours calls and online enquiries. Direct booking needs a verified compatible calendar. Compatibility with your practice management or medical secretary system is assessed individually for each practice. Where direct booking is not suitable, the assistant records a callback request for your team.

What do we need to provide, and how long does setup take?

Access to the accounts and channels we agree to connect, your approved practice information, booking rules and handover contacts. For Boost and Growth we also agree campaign priorities and content with you. We aim to have your agreed system live within 30 days of receiving all required information and access.

What are the full costs and contract terms?
